Why would you want to do that? As far as I know, UV light breaks down plastic. Just put your dry cabinet in bright area.

/there are air bone fungus/ spores everywhere .. unless you use biomed grade filtered air. The dry box when set correctly will be sufficient to inhibit fungus from growing.. and dont go too low in the RH too.. that can cause drying of the lubricant..

Yes UV will damage most plastic unless it has been UV treated. The product will just turn brittle and crack. Most BLACK opaque color plastic are sufficient to UV block.

hi. about UV light, no matter how special people claim their UV light are... the simple object everyday we see, the SUN, has enough UV light to kill fungus. by simply go outdoor and shoot during sunny day can keep your camera fungus free for a period of time.

go out shoot more wink.gif and enjoy your day.
