If you notice any townships like Damansara Heights, Bangsar, Elmina, Eco Ardence, Temasya Glenmarie etc. it has always been landed/bungalow lots/bungalow/semi-d/terrace that will be launched first as land is cheaper at that point or time. Only later affordable houses or high rises will be launched, due to scarcity of land. Anyway the bungalows or premium landed houses will be at e.g., at bukit area like Kwasa Heights (at MBPJ area, not at MBSA area) |
