HotlinkGift for RM10 topup, 500MB internet for 30 days

Hi... On 16/2 I received sms from HotlinkGift as below. And on 27/2 I made a RM10 topup. However until now I have not received the 500MB internet.

You won't be surprise Hotlink will tell you that offer is valid on 16/2 on that day, but not applicable for the next subsequent day.
 I have receive this kind of sms from HotlinkGift, but end up I need to inform Hotlink and request them for that. Although their network and customer service has been improve, but their system still suck and does not improve at all.  |
