That's a great 3-month progress especially when put side by side. 5% bodyfat .. whoah!

Me too .. would like to know more about your supplements if possible - Lipo 6 especially, though am afraid of the side effects.

About cooking/recipe, King ..

Instead of making clear chicken soup - think you won't feel like it eating it too often smile.gif - bake the chicken. Use the chicken breasts and remove the skin .. marinate or add seasoning, then bake. Very yummy. You can also cut it up into tiny chunks, boil them and add on top of salad.
