You don't need microplates. You need to get off keto. There's little evidence to show that keto is effective for powerlifting/strength. I got slammed by very experienced bodybuilders for being on keto while trying to gain strength/mass.
Look at any powerlifting/bb'ing site eg. Fortified Iron, Iron Addict's, etc, most of the strongest and prominent bodybuilders there are not on keto. I'm not saying keto is wrong, but what you're attempting to do while on keto is wrong. You'd be much better off doing some other program.
