Ultimate 2007 Goals (26th December 2007)

US Army's Physical Fitness Standards :

- 20% body fat (General Health) - Phailed. The lowest was around 23.3%
- Run 3.21km under 17 mins - average speed 10.7km/h (Stamina) - Phailed
- 20 x full pushups (Strength) - Phailed

- participate in a race (7km - 10km) (Stamina & Endurance) - Success! My 10km race was Subang10k in August
- handstand (Strength & Balance) - Phailed
- crow pose (Strength & Balance) - Success!
- dancing siva (Flexibility & Balance) - Phailed
- full forward bend (Flexibility) - Phailed
- full split (Flexibility)- Phailed
- unassisted chin-ups (Strength) - Phailed (10kg to go!)
- unassisted pull-ups (Strength) - Phailed (15kg to go!)
- unassisted chest dips (Strength) - Phailed (er...)
- unassisted tricep dips (Strength) - Phailed - ALMOST!
- 125% bodyweight full squat @ the squat rack (Strength) - Phailed - max was 57.5kg x 5
- 75% bodyweight deadlift (Strength) -Success! - Too easy
- 75% bodyweight bench press @ the bench rack (Strength) - Phailed - Current : 61%

Hahahahah I failed so many!! But that's ok. I was setting random goals and hoped to hit some of them. On to the next journal!
