I take more carbs now since I'm doing crazy long distance cardio as well. But all carbs were taken close to workout time. This weekend am going to do carbo-loading though

QUOTE(Bigshoe @ Aug 10 2007, 05:19 PM) don't low carb dieting like di pasquale's anabolic diet or atkin's helps with endurance? i've never tried any low carb diets before, am planning to, but is afraid of the catabolic and lethargic first week. looking forward to what you've gotta say when you're done with your cutting phase. It helps with endurance once you're fat-adapted (which takes around 2 weeks or so) but intense cardio on fat-based diet is hard. even regs take some carbs before ne intense cardio session (i consider above 150bpm cardio for 30 mins as 'intense'). I've experienced it - fat melts off you very easily during low carb diet but as you know it's very hard to maintain due to our choice of food in malaysia. but it's doable nevertheless. I'm not in the luxury of time to prepare my own food unlike last time due to work commitments (I barely have time to wash my underwear even) so I'm not totally on low-carb. More like... 'lower carbs'. and yea first week's gonna be hell. i think i pissed lots of ppl off during my first week of keto |

QUOTE(bata @ Aug 17 2007, 10:43 AM) 2 x 1 rep only ma. Cutting not so much energy That curl was for warming up a bit. Was trying a new workout that Jones recommended for long head dev (Incline DB Bicep Curl) since I've always been doing preachers until my preachers > standing curls QUOTE(King83 @ Aug 17 2007, 10:47 AM) DL only nia. Looking at Asian female PLers stats, I think girls deadlift to squat ratio is around 1:1.5 .. Which is about right for me |

OH MY GOD.
I had a real good, fruitful session at the gym today. It involved no weights (except for counter-weights, so you can prolly guess what I did just now Workout sessions cant get any better than that |
