About OEM sticker + key, need someone help me

heyya member LYN forum..just asking here..i saw some thread sell a windows key + sticker COA ..it is safe use? i mean it is legal or illegal ? please someone come to comment this...

Yes it is legid key. I use those before, but 1 key only 1 PC. you cannot transfer to other PC. And should you change mobo the activation is gone, since OEM only tigh to the mobo you first activate it.
