Frankly I dont prefer my downstair is mall or anyone can come in. Anyway thats my preference la. Coz I more concern on security

Ppl nowadays buy Service Apartment is because they no choice. Reason is no more condo.
If given condo, ppl will choose condo. Perhaps u go Google search why condo over Service Apartment then

Yeah no doubt some prefer easy to buy thing but not everyone liking especially knowing condo utility rate and assessment fee etc is lower at residential rate...

I only can say nowadays most Service Apartment is due to commercial title land. They hv no choice. Like nowadays a lot non HDA office suite that ppl buy for investment and don’t be surprise some for Own stay

The super loaded will go for super desperate Subsale or auction...

Atwater, Ryan Miho, Jaya One & Pacific Star (if complete).... Such a crowded and competitive place
With no public transport (as in LRT or MRT)...
