there are always choices and options.

it depends on whether you want to consider that choices or not.

agreed that these days, lesser newly built condos and apartments are available, but there are still offered in new townships or in subsale market.

you are wrong.

I sold my landed to 1st time subsale buyer, under rm500k.

in fact 2 subsale buyers, 1st one failed to obtained 90% loan, bank only can give 85%. he abandoned the sale. the next one came a week after. Single lady, 1st home owner. sealed deal.

subsale buyers also got many types, some subsale buyers want to feel and touch the final product before buy. not everyone like to buy on papers or auction.

as I said, you still can get condo in new townships, brand new. Macam Aman Apartments in Tropicana Aman. but don't hope to get condo in built up areas like PJ Subang or cheras.

BTW, Aster is condo. same as one condo in kepong. both brand new.

Train station not within walking distance and in front there are a lot of old flats and beside they have a newspaper factory and nearby there are other FMCG factories.

Investment or even own stay also doesn't look that promising. Of course, own stay you can shut all these out and focus on the reason you bought the property (i.e. close distance to workplace or halfway to KL)
For those who think Atwater is a different category/spec/level compared to Ryan and Miho.... NO... Both are equal. Just because Atwater price is slightly more expensive doesn't make it a whole different level.

It's like saying Paisley is higher spec compared to Paloma just because it is a bit more pricey in terms of price PSF.

Hope that area wont be super congested after this. So many condos there.
