 Maxis fixed line fault reporting

My home fixed line has no dial tone for over 4 weeks. How can I dial the 123 line to report when I dont have a working line?

I search on Google for fixed line fault reporting, there is no number given. All numbers given for fault reporting are for mobile or broadband.

How can a huge company like Maxis overlook this????
