It is a recognized problem by Apple in the States. They already started recall program over there. Hopefully TS gets a replacement
And the problem for this is the Anti Glare coating coming off

Congratz :claps:
Here are my few cents
- Don't touch the laptop especially screen, keyboard and trackpad with oily hands
- Open the laptop by the sides of the screen. Try not to touch the actual glass as impurities may damage the glass
- The micro fiber cloth, use it when you need it and clean it only with normal water instead of other chemicals that may also be introduced to your screen and damage it

Yup. Recommended QCD Berjaya Times Square, my friend went to north point service centre and have bad experience with them.....

In my case i have a lil dent on top of my screen hinge. Just minor dent. Apparently if the dent is so serious, Apple wont accept your mbp because they gonna replace the whole thing, screen lcd + hinge.

Im lucky they accept mine and they change it to whole new screen and hinge.

Affected with wet issue?
Do not used wet issue to clean on screen surface, wet issue got alcohol, easily damaged on screen coating.

Bro just to update. I just sent mine 10'mins ago at QCD. Was given a heart attack for a while as the technician said cant send due to dented issue as they will change the whole lcd screen n cover. But after buat muka kesian he said its ok they will try their best to get the warranty done. But still no guarantee it can be done. They will check with Apple this Tuesday. Pray for good news from them. I think this service center is really good n have high customer centricity

Kind of according to them. At first they said 50-50 chance and advise me to check with Apple sg first coz they will charge 106 for service fee if Apple said cant change. Then technician talked to the counter guy inside the room and changed thier mind. Looks like they want to help. So just waiting for Tues to know the result can or otherwise. Huhu
