I haven't got January (or February) yet and I definitely met all the spending requirements.

For the 2 past WMC campaigns, I got full cashback and on time. This one is LATE.

I'm starting to worry that maybe something wrong with my registration or not captured properly? But no one else seems to have received, so I'm still hopeful.

I've spent RM800 x 3 (for Jan, Feb and March) already, so I hope everything works out.

Yes. I got everything on time in the last 2 campaigns. But this one nothing at all. I'm going to call them and ask whether its been paid out yet.

UPDATE: I just called CS today (15 March) and they said they are late in finalising the numbers. They anticipate it will be done by end of this month (March).

I suggest you get both if you meet income requirements. If not, I prefer VS. If you compare both, VS is more flexible and has permanent cashback feature.

Did you also sign up for Swipe 5x / 8x in March?

Yeh, I understand that you can't stack. However, I registered for WMC promo in Jan, amd Swipe campaign in March. So for Jan and Feb there is definitely no overlap and no other ongoing promotion. Surely they should only exclude the overlap period and no the earlier qualified spending. Anyway, will take this issue up with CS.

Exactly the same thing happened to me!!! But I got so many different stories until I gave up.

1. First story is that they didn't receive my SMS registration. I asked them to check and they said no registration at all.

I wrote back attaching screenshots of TWO registrations on January and March.

2. Then they said I was disqualified because of 5x / 8x.

I wrote back saying, how come I'm disqualified from Jan and Feb spending, when Swipe campaign only start in March?

3. Then they said I was disqualified because of 1m promo

I wrote in and said I didn't register my WMC for that, and I got my cashback purely from swipes on my VS

But they copy and paste some TNC and repeated themselves.

I was so fed up that I gave up.

Wasted RM240 cashback for Jan to March. Am never going to use this card except to let my friends go airport lounge with me. Super lousy WMC with no real benefits.

I think they screwed up something too. Because the answers they gave me made absolutely no sense. And look how long they took to pay out compared to all other promo. Something wrong and fishy.

I recommend writing in so you got record of all the inconsistent answers. The phone CS is also quite blur about promotion issues..

You can if you have other cards allowing you access. One card allows one person . I have AEON, Ambank, Citibank, PBB VS AND WMC allowing me access...so can bring 4 guests. Plus my supps also can use their own.

Can we change the thread title, as it is misleading given that this card no longer gives cashback?

Ah, no wonder ! I was wondering why this (lousy) card has a thread all go itself when there's already one for all PBB cards.
