Good case fans doesn't mean good cooling for hardware heatsinks.Good fans tends to have better bearing and the ability to produce decent airflow at low noise level(dba) or low vibration. Good fans for heatsink are probably fan with high pressure and high cfm.
I would choose a casing with good airflow over good fan. Even a basic Vizo fan works well in cooling.
