hi, i got a few q about fan configuration for my thermaltake v3. current configuration 1 rear exhaust fan - ( came with Tx3) 1 top exhaust fan - ( Thermaltake turbo fan - 50cfm / 1400RPM)
and now i would like to consider of getting another intake fan for front panel and bottom, so that i can get a positive pressure configuration. currently in my mind for both intake will be CM R4. n i saw many of u are talking about F12. which one is more recommended for me? current budget about rm40 per fan. n is there any advise on my fan configuration?

QUOTE(1024kbps @ Oct 11 2010, 06:49 PM) CM fans are crappy imho, except the excalibur(fluid bearing) and blade master, they use better bearing but im duno about the CFM rating. R4 90CFM probably tipu one lol. I would prefer F12 over cm fan anytime oic. so if i wan to use this f12 as my intake fan, at the front panel, will it do its job of pulling lots of air in? i saw the spec , only 57 cfm. any others fan to recommend for me to use as intake fan?

QUOTE(1024kbps @ Oct 11 2010, 09:23 PM) Arctic F12 is a silent fan. Unless you are overclocker or your casing has poor airflow and your pc is overheating, high airflow fan usually are noisier unless they have large propeller,eg 14cm, 18cm or larger dimensions fans. There are afew 14cm fans on the market, most of them have better airflow than 12cm fans at lower speed and noise level, but your thermaltake v3 does not have place for 14 cm fans. If you want high airflow and dont mind the noise, you can try Scythe slip stream 12cm, but like clawhammer said, they may sounds like jet engine here are some 12cm fans roundups http://www.overclockers.ru/lab/33718_2/Ven...tilyatorov.htmlhttp://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/coolers/d...p_28.html#sect0kinda old one: http://www.silentpcreview.com/article695-page1.htmlso i would like to ask, most of u here use which fan for the front panel? a high cfm fan? i plan to get the arctic f12 but as u mentioned, it is a silent fan, will it do it job in improving the airflow of the casing?
