NB fans are supposedly the best fans out there at the moment, even if they are not the multi-frame models. The Lian Li stock fans are actually not bad. They probably come from the same oem manufacturer as some other brands, as the market for 140mm fans is still in its infancy. Most are using the 11-blade design such as the more recent Lian-Li fans, Xigmatek Crystal and Thermalright X-Silent.
