Between the 2 120mm I'd pick the AC F12 ... should be quieter as the XSF is rated faster and a slightly louder as well... besides.. white bladed fans looks nicer
U can go with the Aerocool shark fans they are a bit loud without the adaptor

Anybody else can contribute noctua, noiseblocker, gelid, enermax and etc into the comparison.

the F12 PWM will have variable speeds due to the PWM function... unless you attach it to a 12V/3-pin fan header which will let it run at 1300RPM (max speed).. so it will be audible, but not too noisy

the Aerocools has a rated top speed of 1500RPM and yes will run at top speed as it doesn't have PWM function... it is quite noisy but it comes with a 7V adaptor to slow the fan down to 800RPM making it silent.. but it also diminishes the airflow

I would recommend the F12 over the Aerocool as the PWM function really helps to regulate the temps by cranking up the speed of the fans when needed.. unless you have a fan controller module.. the Aerocools are not really a viable choice when compared to the F12

oh BTW, the F12 are easier to clean compared to the slim fins of the Aerocool
