but posting is not there permanently, usually determined by the work visa given by the host country.

so she got a chance to go there when it's her turn...

another example is our military attache (rizalman) who had that emergency defecation situation in NZ.

iinm his rank is just sergeant only, equivalent to N17-N22 for civil servants...

and he is just a glorified spy (aka information collector)....
