Not really. You just seem to divert most of your attention towards the race card rather than the whole point.
I merely mention the perks of being the same skin with police, which could be vary from what skin you are (and the police officer).

Just point out the truth on how easily one can get off upon committing a crime like this. That is why the these people kept doing it again and again, because they know how easily that they could get off with it and potentially still made money out of it. (Unless the victim have a strong cable inside and really wanted to punish the guy.)
