I also don't quite get it by what you guys meant by opening the torrents from the directory unless you're trying to say there's a torrent links out there to complete the file. Mind sharing a little details on how to set em up? Cheers.

Other than that reason, the international link is down, so it will be a bit of problem to get connected as reasonable speed.
