Actually in my opinion, I will shut it down.. Since you won't have many peer connecting to have the file downloaded until the day it launched.. I just rather download it on the maintenance day since I can't play while it is under maintenance, why not download it at that time with the highest seed available? xD

p.s. i was using 1m package, so the download will be finished by the time maintenance over xD
