I have tried few online shop in Malaysia and so far have good experience with 11street. Its not perfect but one of the most useful feature I like is the tracking of shipping status direct on the app. Furthermore they do update through sms and email whenever new status are updated.

On top of that the coupons are fantastic and unlike few other online shops where they give rebates after you made few purchases from them, 11street allows you to get the rebates before and after you have purchased items on 11street.
In terms of buyer protection, there is this purchase confirmation where we can actually confirm our purchase after seller shipped out items we bought. I guess that suppose anything wrong happens we have the right to undo the purchase and 11street would be the mediator to resolve the case. I have so far not experience any unfortunate purchase from 11street.

Last but not least the products offered are on par with physical malls in KL for comparison plus convenience without having to go out, costs of transportation, unpredictable traffic/weather and more time to research about the product before we strike good deal.

Hope 11street continues its good promotion campaign and attractive offers with coupons and shocking deals items.
