Yet another 4th place finish

Here is what the Arsenal board should do and the million of fans around the world should hope for:

- Erect a statue outside of Emirates preferably beside Henry's. Reason: To honour and show appreciation for the man whom USED to achieve so much with Arsenal

- Give Wenger an Arsenal award for being to date the most successful Arsenal manager / name a stand after him

- Move Wenger up to Head of Youth Development. This way he will not be insulted by being asked to leave but also his excellent youth scouting abilities is retained

- By honouring Wenger and moving him to a different role, the Arsenal first team will be free of his delusions, stubbornness and lack of tactical awareness. It will also free the players of having to listen to the same old methods, advice and training for the past 10 years. While a change of manager might not guarantee success (at least there is a 50 50 chance) but persisting with Wenger will guarantee 100% disappointment

The above mentioned is a win win situation for all. Killing 3 birds with one stone.
