Current placement of hot thread / fresh thread is kinda out of place.

may i suggest move the HOT / FRESH threads entirely to forum.lowyat.net ?
by doing this, main page will be solely dedicated to news,
and forum page can finally has its own main page as an anchor.

i think it was okay...wat it needed is some spacing...too crowded..

The main page too confusing also. I need to check on the date 1st to read the latest news.

can't then the news reading will drop and visiting stats would follow to drop on the front page.

LOL there are 3 main types of lyn visitors, 1 only see IT news/pricelist, 2 popek popek kopitiam, 3 garage salesman/customers.

right now when i first access the page without scrolling i see no pricelist, i see no editorial news, i only see event (sponsored advertorial), and ads.....

Yes, second but this feature is why i visit the LYN

really dislike the new main page, so many things so crowded, so confusing.
pls bring back the previous format

Current main page design is bad.. Not fully compatible with iOS safari as the page won't fully display.

Why did LYN roll out a 1/2 past 6 job front page?

its too white.....

considering that the forum is most visited and most famous of the lowyat.net site, perhaps the forum button deserves a much prominent and more better spot then current.

the homepage design is also downright messy and makes it look so cluttered. feels very alienating

did they (admin) notice reduction on traffic after changing new layout?

wait... how you know if the traffic is reduced in the first place?
there's a site for all these statistics ?

just sayin, now no ppl bother go to lowyat.net because messed up layout

LYN admins are not stupid, they should aware of all these issues.

that's why i say "suggest" to put in forum, they might have other plans with the main page.
