what worries me most abt Sony is their strategy or lack of it. the 6mth cycle is a mess. Z5 only release 3mths ago. If Sony position X series as the new flagship range, it's back to 6mth cycle. more so, X Performance as top range and ppl who buy Z5 and Z5 Premium will b pissed.

i'm a big fan of Sony Omnibalance design (not so much of their skin) but the thought of holding something now and 6mths later its superseded scares me... and i m talking abt over 2k phone.

someone among the OEM must have realise that Apple has the best strategy. the S model after a major release. My HTC One M7 rocking a snapdragon 615 still work fine. my other phone rock a snapdragon 801 and i don't feel at all its 1.5years old flagship.

These confusing strategy from Sony is reason why after my TX, ive not own a Sony phone even i like Omnibalance.

and i thought HTC was mad with the A9 price. Sony juz up the bar. RM2599 you can get what is currently one of the best smartphone... S7.

X at RM2499, X Performance comes i wonder how much premium we have to pay.

you can blame the weak RM when flagship now inching 3k. u can't say so when S7 sells for RM2599 and X going for RM2499.

it's not only MY. India also the same. ridiculous price.
