Brickz records actual transacted price shown in SPA. You seem to place a lot of importance on "actual" bank valuation? There is no such thing as actual bank valuation. Valuations varies across banks if they are valued by different valuers.So, you tell me, brickz will record 200k or 600k? Is 200k an important figure?
