will Samsung stop pre-order after reached 1000? I don't want to buy if I cannot get the promotion....I afraid after I paid 300 downpayment then later they say I am not qualified to that pre-order promotion....

I would like to ask....Is it possible for lazada or 11street sell lower than 20% of RRP? because lazada and 11street at least got 10-11% discount using credit card..........
