I use a Note 3 as well, for more than 2 years, there's still a drop in performance but not as bad as before. I'd say maybe it slow down 20-40% depending on what apps you use.

My son S3 now more than 3+ years old is still working very well. He is very happy with it and said will only change when it breaks down. Besides the basic phone features he uses the phone only for browsing, facebook, youtubes, ebook, newsfeed
He is simple user n doesn't even bother to update his firmware. He is not too interested in all the latest phone stuffs

Really? My wife's S3 was really laggy after a year.. Hmm, maybe it was some of the apps she had...

The S6 Edge did sell better than the S6. So...changing to the S7Edge this round?

meaning there are to many dead stock S6 edge in warehouse.... u need to wait it clear  then only will import S7   

Still u wont buy ...Grandmaster of S4.

If the pre order doesnt come with vr gear set. Then people would hold back. And then wait for note 6.
