It depends really. The sensor on my S6 Edge was the Isocell sensor and the pictures are "cooler".
As I'm in UK, I went and see the new phones. The camera uses the sony sensor is more "warmer" if I could describe it properly.
For anyone thinking btw the S7 / S7 Edge, I say go for the latter. I thought a 5.5" was too big for me coming previously from a OnePlus One. Boy I was wrong, the bezel is so thin it doesn't even feel like a 5.5". Plus you get the additional battery and overall the edge just looks so much better. Don't treat it as gimmicky though, it's really pleasant to look at.
Still loving the S6 Edge's size though.
