Storage space is not my concern here...opt for internal storage rather than external SD card is mainly due to internal chip always alot faster than SD card. It just like SSD vs USB flash drive, linear read/write should be on OK, however huge performance different when comes to random R/W and unfortunate this is often a real world workload. This is no doubt i believe.
