I doubt Samsung can even hit sales of 1000 units in Malaysia market nowadays given the poor ringgit + other cheaper alternatives.

Market is bad.. slowing down. But the middle upper and high income earners are still coping well because they are still doing well, not to mention they have savings and cash at hand. The ones suffering are the middle and lower classes where their debts and loans are high and they have not much savings to spare for the rainy days.

off topic... to be fair, the weakening of our currency have not been reflected in car price in 2015. in fact car prices reduced in 2015 due to the implementation of GST. but starting this year, many car manufacturers had increase their price, citing the main reason was due to weakening of ringgit.
