Antutu benchmark is not the best metrics unfortunately.

The GPU on the S820 is faster and it has some slight edge on memory performance as well.

Speaking of raw CPU performance, Exynos' multi core performance is much better simply due to it has double the number of cores of the S820.  Single core is similar to S820 if not slightly better.
