7. Customer’s Covenants
7.1 In connection to this Campaign and placing the Pre-Order, Customer will not use
this site:
a) if Customer is not able to form legally binding contracts (i.e. if Customer is under
18 years old as at 1 January 2016) unless the Customer’s parent / legal guardian
reads and agrees to the Terms and Conditions herein,
b) to submit fraudulent order, false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous
information;
c) to transfer Customer’s pre-Order to another party;

Well if you read the term 'c) to transfer Customer’s pre-Order to another party;', that means the detail of pre-order is different. It can be Mr/Ms A in the pre-order but Mr/Ms B collecting.

Do you want them the outright reject that collection claiming that your pre-order is invalid? I won't take that chance. If  that person is register, i'll get that person to collect and ONLY PAY when i get the goods in my HAND.

Personal experience last night. Fark Streamyx/Unifi, most peeps here said use hotspot from phone data to secured their units.

Lucky me, wait wait wait refresh refresh till 2.30 am, my sister who use Maxis line suddenly woke up in middle of sleeping ask me doing what and yet to sleep, I straight away ask her to borrow Maxis Data then at 3.00am secured myself a unit. Syukurlah!

i believe for those to aim to sell at good margin might find very difficult now to sell unless they willing to narrow their margin to much lesser due to tomorrow session and its 2000 set available tmr...
