I think people are upset not so much they were unsuccessful but because
- They have to struggle for 3 hours+ starting from midnight. And today is the start of the work week.
- Possibly due to server issues and Internet service provider issues, people did not know what was happening to their attempts and that certainly builds up frustrations.

I think most people would be OK if the online ordering had gone smoothly and at the end, say after 30 mins max, they either get or do not get the preorder.

I took nearly 2 hours to get one preorder through. Was buying for my wife.  If I was buying for myself I would have given up long before that.

All in all, I think Samsung Malaysia treated their potential customers and fans badly in this preorder event.

Anyone planning to get a third party wireless charger? Or should I get the original Samsung wireless charger? Reconsiderations?

i believe for those to aim to sell at good margin might find very difficult now to sell unless they willing to narrow their margin to much lesser due to tomorrow session and its 2000 set available tmr...

All the "stop buying Samsung" "boycott Samsung" post in the Samsung FB saying that they won't buy, 2k units won't finish and etc padahal tomorrow all spam F5.    and rage when couldn't get an unit. For the scalpers issue, it is not preventable, its happening  everyday in everything, there's no way Samsung can prevent that from happening. 

Biasa lar.. Sudah bagi betis nak peha. Typical Malaysians.

Guys, just found out most of the local techincal news sites have pulled off the news regarding the Samsung S7 Edge's first pre-order fiasco. Including SoyaCincau. At this moment, lowyat.net is still holding that news. But who knows. It may gone pretty soon.

Looks like Samsung is very desperate on maintaining their image and reputation. Didn't know they actually have that power to stop the medias from reporting their failure. Kinda surprise.

that's y i don't plan to buy. apparently, i prefer a hp will get update support like ipong or nexus.
