I have started looking into buying a house recently but I don't know where to start.. I have seen loads of ads around that condo with price range 300-500k around but most of it are limited units (on FB).

Do you guys know what're the coming projects preferably near Pandan/Ampang/Cheras that has few access roads and has the basic condo facilities such as 3 tiers security, 2 parking lots etc. Or any property agent who has good deals on hands and is looking for buyers can PM me..
