You can ask for multiple gifts. The Cross pens seems to be a premium gift. Ask for other gifts that I stated earlier. The Parker used to have 2 types, one cheapo and another one more expensive but I think the Cross pen is better quality. They may not give unless the deposit amount is higher. Hard to say, just ask !

Yes I am Xclusive. I even purposely asked last month on the benefits but one of the teller even told me the Xclusive gifts has been discontinued!

Nov/Dec 2015 my attention was with OCBC, AmBank, Affin for their 4.5%/4.6% FD.

but their 1mth is 3.4% standard rates which is one of the highest in town?

If u ask for their promo rates of 1 yr 4.28% and 2 yrs 4.55% (ended on last Thursday), their stand is cannot nego further. Their nego seems to base on the board rate (1 yr board rate 4.1%) then u nego. Promo rates are non-negotiable.

But money talks !

Last time when they started this in late 2014, it was sent out automatically based on your deposit amount. Now not too sure.

There is a special number for Xclusive club number for the queuing, so can cut queue.

Oh okay, that was the time when I started to reduce my FDs with them. With this cutting queue privilege, worth to top up back to 300K.

In general their service is good, friendly and fast also. Nego with them to get higher rate also.
