In the world of sports, no

Hard work will bring you no where, if hard work works, no body need a specialist coach.

Smart work brings results.

Curling biceps 100 reps a day, everyday ( hard work) is not gonna give you better result than curling 50 reps, 2 times a week.

With hard work, you will reach plateau, with smart work and smart programing ( linear, step, wave, i bet ya dont know these) , you will breaks plateau.

Train smart, not train hard.

Yeah I agree with that. Also by saying training hard I don't mean training blindly.
Thanks for the heads up. You surely have more knowledge than I do.

just a suggestion...usually ppl get attracted to what their eyes see..
i like what you're doing, and you seem humble.
but a pic of yourself would immediately earn both respect and interest.
unless u're not too confident about how you look which is completely fine (aren't most of us)...then perhaps a different business would be more suitable.

What's your take on a insulin resistant client (currently BW 70kg, >15% BF, 175cm) looking to accomplish BW of 80kg, 10%BF?

What diet advice would you give?

I've seen a lot of genetically gifted meat heads who has absolutely 0 knowledge on nutrition. Natty or not, not sure lol... But I see what you're trying to convey.. people pay for what they see....

A decently sized dude told me to drink whey at least 2 scoops per day and buy mass gainer for breakfast.....

I understand the sentiments here. But don't you think some of you are being a bit too harsh? I know some good nice PT's.

Don't paint all with a broad brush.
