Agent has indicated to me that sometimes this happens as they only procure DBKL approval for renovation.
Is this very common?

Is it common for people to purchase a renovated landed property without the CCC?
Seller has refused to get the CCC (which to us is very fishy) and instead is willing to offer a discount off the price. Agent has indicated to me that sometimes this happens as they only procure DBKL approval for renovation. Is this very common? |

actually very common to see owners who didn't get CCC for their renovation/extension especially in those older housing area
