go and find him at MHC Estate....go and looking for MHC's Staff and get chua...

or maybe he attached with other firm....joint the new firm and repeated the same thing....this is not the 1st time... as informed by someone this is fifth time..


In legally...lawyer can not simply close their company.
1) must inform the bar council whether to change the address the partner or the name of firm
2) let say they need to close the firm....the file need to transfer to the bar council and bar council will take a look and assign to the respective lawyer... or otherwise the said firm just give the list of lawyer member and bar council will transfer / hand over the file to the listed lawyer as give by the said firm...

Actually for the commercial case, it will takes time so solve the case...maybe they can sustain their business 2-3 year....

the staff will shield him...because why??? they get a lots of benefit such:-

condominium / house with the rental of RM4,000.00 to RM6,000.00
salary for the senior RM6,000.00
runner RM4,000.00
clerk RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00

but with the said amount.... nothing much his staff do for the firm...just waiting his instruction...
there is no collection for the legal fees accept the payment made by the financier (for the case client financed from the Bank)...it was happened for the 2 year starting they opened the firm..this is informed by his account staff..she told the client whose looking for chua....she stay there becoz of salary..

too many story bout firm and him actually..
