Help needed: Can't transfer file to com.

Hi, i used my digital cam to record videos. All the videos can be transferred to my com except 2 videos where the com give an error message of "Cannot copy file: Not a MS_DOS function". However, I can view the 2 videos on my cam. Can anyone help on tis matter? Thanks.

did you try to just take the memory card and then use a memory card reader to transfer the file?

what is the brand of your camera and the file size? i read that some have problem transferring large file from their fuji.

My camera brand is kodak. The file size of one of the file is 5mb while the other is 20mb. I managed to transfer bigger files eg. 50mb files and also smaller files but these 2 js can't be transferred. I used the memory card reader to transfer the files. Any idea?
