Eheheheh, i was thinking of unveling them officially here, but the taukeh beats me to it. Yes folks, these people are the hardworking people of TNL once bfore, before they decide to venture on their own. The shop is having a soft launch in City Bazaar, but i can assure you their merchandises are priced more competitively (read: no price paddings like TNL) than other Sg.Wang or Imbi stores around. In fact, if they play their cards right, they could be the next GH but in KL. Im giving them some pointers on how to set things up right, from a gamer's point of view, while they see if the points i raised are feasible business-wise or not. Im pushing for a try-before-you-buy kinda option like what Djinn did to his store, for this store as well, but mind you, they are an upstart, so it will have to start slow and from loyal customers as well. At least now, i can "blackmail" TNL with the fact that are other significant stores in KL, that offer more lower price than their padded items.

Bernard, wooiiiiii hang in here man! I want my customer #0000001 membership card! laugh.gif

Theyn already have my support, so no worries there. I help design their floor plan layout, but it all depends on how they finally put it out. Bernard, if you're open tomorrow, i help break-in a few consoles lah, just to test things out. tongue.gif Also can help in any other floorplan layouts or other suggestions. Gonna go to SonyStyle first tomorrow to persuade the folks there to download GT:HD for everyone to try and see.

Come to think of it, if you guys can have an open PS3 running GT:HD all day long at your store, it will draw crowds like moth to lightbulbs. hmm.gif

They are upstart company and still want them to give freebies? Recipe for bankcruptcy. I doubt they can refrain from selling pirated filth, just to cover for those slower days, but i've encouraged them to go legitimate and sell quality ori stuff for affordable prices. Then again, Bernard also does servicing and console repairs, due to PIRATED activites (except 360's 3ROD), so it's all up in the air, i guess.

Gamers Solution is located in City Bazaar, right infront of Pertama Complex. From the front, the building looks pretty disturbing since the building is yet to be completed, with scores of walls outside have yet to be painted. From the entrance facing Pertama Complex, head left and you will see the store already.

It is manned by Bernard and the love of his life. Both started this upstart business after working with TNL for a while, with Bernard having the expertise in console repairs and diagnostics. Crystal still works with TNL.

They do sell all the next-gen consoles, but you need to inform them beforehand what you are interested as they do not stock other than what is needed at the store. Stocking means having to prebuy the consoles using their own money, and for an upstart business, it is something hard to come by. So people, call them early and tell them what you want, they will quote you the price, and get the stock for you.....and to selected areas, they will even send the items to your house!

As for the post regarding 3ROD on Xbox 360, Bernard knows about it, and requests a chance to try his hands on repairing one. He may or may not be able to bring back the console to life, but if he has not been given a chance to try, he would never know if he could do so. If anyone has a 360 in such condition, you may want to let Bernard do his magic bringing your dead console to life.

I was there since 6pm chainsawing away at GoW they have for display at the front counter, when a nice chap came over and get himself a DOA4 pack. Didnt know he was from the forum, although he says he usually lurks rather than post. I hope you're grinning from ear to ear with your DOA4 purchase, bro....with the price you're getting. biggrin.gif

Those tall speakers have yet found its permanent place, and we tested it while playing GoW......ground shattering! thumbup.gif

Humble looking store from a humble beginning, that's how i would describe Gamers Solution. They will try their best to get their customers happy with what they want (within means of course), and if they do not know the answers to queries from their customers, they try their best to find out the answer. That's what i call dedication and excellent service! Visit them yourselves , dont take my word for it.

I am not affiliated nor do i stand to profit anything from posting this, just helping fellow friends with their upstart business. Bro PS360 has cancelled his plans to get PS3 from overseas and getting it from them, Rezalida's getting his 360 from them as well, plus a couple others from the forum, who i know have been to their place to scout around.

Good luck and may you prosper, Bernard and Co. , and ermm.........wher's my special throne, my crown and sceptre, and my free drinks and food for life, as well as my gold-plated membership card for doing all this free advert? laugh.gif just kidding laugh.gif
