I'm just constantly amazed at the amount of time (and effort) you put into your workouts .. your cardio is just whoa! Great job! Totally inspiring.

About the oats do you have to cook them or just add the milk etc. only? [Yeah stupid question but when I go to the aisle in the supermarket am so confused cos of the different types they have]. I know there's cooked oats, rolled oats, quick cooking oats .. some others .. so which one to get?
Whey protein .. should I start in with these - even if I have loads of fat to lose and don't do such hardcore lifting? |
