Technically boobs are made of fat so when you lose fat you tend to lose your boob also. But by doing chest presses it will build the muscles underneath and make whatever that's left perkier and push it upwards. Yanno how plump girl's boobs tend to be big and soggy cause you cant really tone fat? Anyway I personally like boobs that are proportioned to my body. Too big also very hard to run

Big deal - I havent lose anything in 2 months . But I know how the bloody bf scale works so dont be too bothered by it. I still stand by the fact that the best way to measure ur weight loss success is how your clothes fit. Chin up, girl Er... you signed up for more PT sessions?

Figures keep you in tact with your goals. I'm not a big fan of calculating calories either but I found out that sometimes it helps me not to binge on unnecessary calories so much Knowing your calories is crucial in weight loss - especially those who doesnt know squat abt nutrition. They skip the fatty kari and red meat and eggs and opt for diet coke @ McDonalds but gobble on more rice & fries and wonder why they cant lose a pound. But I do agree it shouldnt be done 365 days/ year. Just a month or so cause after that can calculate in your mind dy

I'm so tempted to give ya the 'I told you so' speech on you eating too little but I'll spare that for the next time we meet 900+ caloric deficit is crazy, woman. That means your body is long gone to starvation mode dy.

You deserve a break, really. It's ok if you gain a couple of pounds of weight cause you'll be able to shed them later easier than you think If you workout also, nothing to be afraid of.
