Hi there ,
I have several properties such as shoplot, house(terrace) etc am thinking of how to increase the rental yield. eg. lower floor rented out. first floor convert to room to let etc. to increase the yield per sq ft. same for terrace house. any ideas? eg. first floor rental of RM 1500.00, any idea to increase the value to maybe Rm 3000 without choking the tenants |
