Finally successful installed new ssd onto my laptop and get win10 pro activated. It is auto activated after skipped few activation prompts. Thanks guy for your advise.
I just noticed that my laptop comes with 24GB mssd for caching purpose previously. Since i am now using SSD, i think this cache drive is no longer needed. I am thinking to turn it into storage drive or paging file usage. But it doesnt show in disk management.
Anyone knows how to disable it and reformat it to use as a normal drive? I think this mssd was setup as RAID or something like that.

Actually, you could've replace the mSATA SSD to a bigger capacity and save the 2.5" for storage This way you can have both SSD & HDD at the same time mSATA SSD is available at the size of 24GB/32GB/64GB/120GB/128GB/240GB/250GB/256GB/480GB/500GB/512GB/960GB/1TB This post has been edited by sHawTY: Feb 21 2016, 03:44 PM

I dont really know bout UEFI, but EFI I knew a bit since I used to play with Hacintoshes I assume it was similar But one thing that Im very sure is, UEFI is also BIOS to tweak(s) ur system performance..
