VR, QCD or Machines? Any difference between these? I noticed VR is labeled "Premium" , not sure what that meant

just head over to the one nearest to you making sure it's an authorised service centre. if anything goes south you could make a complaint to apple and they'll rectify it

personally used to send my mbps to vr but nowadays I just send my stuff to mac city in ou

phone not fixed for almost 2 months now and every time make a phone call, they will pass it to someone else but no clarity about it.

Only keeps saying, please talk with technician A and then go to technician B and back to A and back to C and tried to talk with the store manager but also telling to talk with the technician and in the end waiting again but the same thing happened a few times already. Just waiting for now.
