Which service centre did you go to?

VR, QCD or Machines? Any difference between these? I noticed VR is labeled "Premium" , not sure what that meant Just trying to figure out which is a better service centre to go to in case my Mac got problems Thanks

just head over to the one nearest to you making sure it's an authorised service centre. if anything goes south you could make a complaint to apple and they'll rectify it
personally used to send my mbps to vr but nowadays I just send my stuff to mac city in ou
