Prefer it to be smaller than 13 inch...budget max is 2k

can you be more specific about what you need? like for what uses? any other needs like sd reader? how many usb port?

since you put your budget at rm2.0K, have you consider getting those 2-in-1 that can be a tablet or laptop mix. for example, HP Pavillion X2 10" or 12" or Acer Switch.

I plan to use it for normal usage.. email, facebook, youtube and generating quotations for clients...

if you can give it a little more time, check out HP Pavillion X2 12", it also comes with Core-M, Full HD, and comes with SSD. in US it starts with USD599 so... the price is not going to be cheap...

well for email and quotations means worksheet and letters, a tad slightly larger screen from 10-12 inch and FHD would be nice for you. you don't need to scroll a lot and may even put documents side-by-side for comparison and its legible. since you don't game, 2gb or 4gb ram will be alright with a quad core CPU. Windows 10 definitely.

do you need an internet connecting within the device? like having simcard in the device so itself can connect to the internet.

which one in particular you are referring,
HP Pavillion X2 10-inch or HP Pavillion X2 12-inch?

the 10-inch version is rm1,399 but i think you can get cheaper somewhere else.

i advise if you can wait for awhile, for the 12-inch to be in MY and see how it affects the price because a lot of 2-in-1 are coming this year. because the 12-inch can really replace a laptop for basic task and still maintain a tablet form if needed.

the 12-inch is already on sale in US so i think its just a matter of time before it reaches here...

hmm... really normal usage, in fact there are a lot of brand below RM2K exist in mkt, but in term of quality, u should think of it. else always problem happen.

I'm torn between Dell Inspiron 11 3000 (rm1499) and HP Pavilion x2 10t (rm1399)

HP has better look and speakers, small storage
Dell has bigger storage, higher RAMs
