MNC higher initial salary, better benefits, job stability, but harder to earn promotion.
Startup lower initial salary, low to no benefits, long working hours. But better in long-term, if the company succeeded. Higher chance for promotion and learning. |

Now I'm in MNC. But I worked in startup for 4 years and no doubt you learn tons and get to managerial level fast.
I would said startup is a good stepping stone if you do not have good grades, experience and knowledge will get you into MNC. However, like some of the former mentioned. If you able to stay long I'm sure you able to get to even higher level and enjoy high salary. |

Lel at you guys making fun of moving up in a startup. Do you know you learn a lot more in such a company? Gives you more demand when switching jobs later on. If you're young and your commitments are minimal, never reject the opportunity to learn.
