Origin Acess is subscription based program. You pay SGD6.49 to use it for 30 days. It will be activated the moment you start the sub.

Nope, only games that are elligible for the program. You can check the list in the link on first page.

FIFA17 is not part of Origin Access. You have to buy the full game, but you can play forever.
