I won't be surprise since their product quite expensive compare 11street and lazada.
Just curious.

Which website do you usually go to?
Now I'm into 11street and aliexpress more

i think typical ems/poslaju rates from japan..

cant really chose my own courier fedex/tnt/dhl which mine is way cheaper than poslaju.

No surprise there, with the mindset of local businessman & local consumers. There's no way they can made a fortune from between.

used to order G-shock and external hard disk from them. It might be pricey, but they do have some model that hard get in lazada or other website.

still stuck in 'japan' world
that's the problem why not many consumer purchase from them
in a time where your competitor give a cash voucher (w/out any attachment for consumer)
rakuten just give store credit in hope of getting repeat customer

p/s:
almost every business establishment in japan do offer some store credit
that's just their way of thinking

been a Lelong buyer since 2009
I think its better than Lazada, and any other online shopping site

good price and got seller ratings which is like ebay
so some disputes case can easily solved unlike lazada

Yes, Rakuten Global have option to ship to Malaysia and other countries, this site is basically a mirror of Rakuten.jp

but some shop they only preferred Japan post EMS which is expensive so not really my primary site to shopping unless for rare and cheap deal
