do you guys know the location of OBDII connection of the mazda 3?

Ambank exactly 1 month ago and i got mine for 2.75% and immediately after 1 week it become 3%

I am getting similar FC too with similar city and highway drive. When I got my new ride, 1st 1K KM my did not Rev more than 3000RPM and in the manual it says do to stick to a speed for a pro long period, well for me the 1st week of my ride is all stuck in the KL traffic.

1st full tank 480KM with Ron 95 (yellow) - 80% city drive and 20 % highway (Make sure not more than 3000RPM)
2nd full tank 580KM with Shell V power Racing Ron 98 (red) - 70% city and 30% highway ( Once a while Rev to 4500RPM)

after doing 1st oil change service with semi synthetic oil
3rd full tank 640KM with shell V power Ron 97 (Green) - 70% city and 30% highway (normal drive)
for the 3rd full tank i went up to Genting to test my car too, i did not floor it when going up hill and it feels good!

try ron 97, you done your 1st oil change?

service manual is will tell you step by step assemble / disassemble parts, overhaul engines, wiring diagrams, it will tell you all the details of the car, how much torque to apply to each bolts and nuts as well.

With the service manual and OBDII, you can even trouble shoot the issue and know the details before sending it to factory.

Anyone bought a steering cover for your ride? I wanted to get something similar to the current steering, you guys know where to get one?

I had similar issue too, is pulling to the left when let go steering. I know the road is incline towards left for water drainage.

SC can help us to fix this?

Anyone know some reputable car alignment sifu for our mazda 3 in Klang valley?

I have some issue with my brake pedal, when u press it produce a "hissing" sound, sounded like air leak inside. anyone encounter similar issue?

when gear in P the hissing will sound even louder, when in D or driving , still can hear the hissing but is lesser, maybe I should upload a small video so everyone can compare it with your ride. From engineering point of view is pressure lost in the pipe line, but I not too sure about this mazda3 thou

gents, anyone can share their ride when engine on idle with the hood open to record some engine noise? mine got some weird ticking sound but when u accelerate this sound will gone. from the youtube link it says this is the direct injector sound. hmmmmm i searched this video from youtube for the time being. Will record another video later.

anyone went to Auto Tulin at Jalan Pahang before?? how is the service there compare to others?

Sri rampai that one is called SMG auto sdn bhd located at Jalan Usahawan 5 (next to Honda). I saw it the other day too. and the one at jalan pahang is called Auto Tulin Sdn bhd (now shifted, due to Duke 2 construction)

SMG auto used to sell Suzuki cars. which means their previous experience is only with Suzuki cars.

How can they said moved from there?? both different company. I hope the SA be very frank about this.

folks, when u guys did the alignment, is only front wheels? I went to Mazda SC in Setapak ( the new one which some of us discuss earlier). They only do my front wheel checks, that why i am so curious, even my old car can do alignment for all 4 wheels. The service guy said Mazda 3 not needed to check rear alignment.

Guess what, after drove out, is worst than before ( original state from factory, yes my car is only 5 months old)

do anyone selling OEM parts, ATF, FL22 coolant, cabin filters, air filters and so on? Mazda SC is charging over price stuff.

we do have after market works engineering air filter, washable

but 5 out ot 5 m3 owners isnt reli interested cause most get the free service, which changes the air filter for free too

cabin air filter is so easy to change in the 3rd gen mazda compare to 2nd gen. Our air quality is bad, changing it every 1 year would be nice. I prefer to use all OEM parts during warranty period to avoid all the blame game from SC. As usual when something happen, they will say we change this and change that.



My 10k service in one of the new SC in KL is utterly disappointed. The service dude even add tap water to my coolant for top up, he should use demineralized water. Did MAZDA or BERMAZ train the staff at all?
